After getting a few quotes for several jobs needing to be done around my property from several businesses this gentleman beat each and every quote by 100's of dollars, on top of that the quality of work completed exceeded expectations, very happy with his work and his prices.

Very disappointed with works provided. Half dead plants put in that rotted within a week. Felt they were dug up from someone elses garden as leaves half missing. Cost a lot of money and even mulched around a few weeds rather than simply pull them up. old retic left sticking out of ground. We were available so could have asked. Choice of plants ok. Felt there were rushing to leave. won't recommend.

Dennis is amazing. Always on time, professional with good results and a fantastic attitude. Very fair with pricing, and trustworthy. Dennis truly is, one of the best all rounder Handyman we have had. I could not recommend his business enough. Photos show roof beams sanding and re-painting and front render painting before and after. He matched it all brilliantly with the new fence.

I can highly recommend AMC Property Maintenance which I regard as a very professional service. Andy was prompt, punctual and completed the tasks involved in the removal of a partial brick fence in an effective and efficient manner. The many tasks involved after the dismantling of the fence included the laying brick pavers, clearing the rubble, tidying the garden and removal of the rubbish to the tip. Each task involved was completed professionally and to high standard. I am very pleased with the outcome which has resulted in a much enhanced and functional entrance to my property.
